Assemblers Unite!

Hello, my fellow wolves, wolvians, wolver-doodles. Can I just say, SENIORS ARE AWESOME!! It’s okay underclassmen, you have a little howl in you too. Ha ha, get it? I used our mascot and made a pun. Yeah, I know, not really funny. But if you heard me say it, it would have been funnier.

Anyways, our homecoming assembly is one for the books. According to our principal, Kaine Osburn, that was the most spirited homecoming weeks in the 14 years he’s been at West. Our assembly was louder with each student cheering for his or her class. Spirit skyrocketed this year from the previous years. When it came down to it: SENIORS DOMINATED, in our sea of red. It was, hands down, the most spirited the class of 2011 has ever been; however, juniors, sophomores, and freshman you stepped it up too.

Good job everyone. Seniors: I have to say the toilet paper worked. Juniors: Way to be on top of it with the chants. Sophomores: You wore white very well. Freshmen: Good job paying attention; in all the years I have been here, no freshmen class has ever listened like you guys. All in all, it was a fantastic event.

Homecoming 2010!

    ^definitely*

If by “change the way we show spirit in school” you mean, reprimand seniors for destroying hallways and injuring younger students, then I concur.

The homecoming assembly was one of the loudest I’ve ever been to. Seniors were defiantly the loudest, but all the other years stepped it up too. Homecoming was the best this year, but they shouldn’t make us change the way we show spirit in school.
