Announcement: Elect Your Next Class at The Elective an AP Fair

Looking for new electives and advancement placement classes for next year? Niles West is holding its elective and AP fair on Dec. 8 in front of the cafeteria from 3rd to 7th period. Students and teachers will be running stands to inform you about their classes and why you should be in that class. Be sure to check it out during your free periods!

Jackie Chis (West alum '16) gets ready to cast her vote at the Lincolnwood Public Library. She showed up to vote because she believes that the result of this election may have an adverse impact on women across the country. "I think that this election has the potential to be a very historically significant one—we might even have our first female black president. When I'm voting, I'm voting for women like me and women not like me so they can advocate for themselves," Chis said.

Students Prepare to Vote In Their First Election
