D219 school board member Joe Nowik posted on Facebook that Niles West and Niles North’s class of 2025 graduation ceremonies will be held at Northwestern University. In the past, graduation has been held at the high schools’ football fields. Northwestern offers seating capacity for 7000 audience members as well as abundant and free parking; a shuttle service will be provided. Additionally, the ceremonies will provide audio, visual and streaming options. Graduation will remain on Sunday, May 25. West’s ceremony will be at 10:00 a.m. and North’s will be at 3:00 p.m.
