Tips:
Here are some tips to help get you through finals.
1. Take care of yourself.
Finals can be stressful, and you may begin to feel burnt out. You should prioritize self-care by getting enough sleep, eating breakfast before finals and taking breaks while studying.
2. Maximize study time.
Studying for every class may feel overwhelming, so take it one step at a time. Focus on studying for one subject before jumping to the next. Use your time wisely. Each minute counts!
3. Stay calm.
Before each test, take a minute to breathe. You might feel anxious, but it is just another test! Treat it as a normal quiz or test and don’t stress yourself out too much.
Good luck to all West students with their finals!
