Niles West is scheduled to hosting the new “Think Outside the Box” college program on Thursday, Oct. 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the South Lobby.
This new program is for those students who wish for a more unique college experience. The different types of colleges that will be visiting are single gender colleges, U.S. military schools, and international schools, with their respective representatives. According to college counselor, Daniel Gin, it gives students the opportunity to branch out and experience something new.
“I think in the student’s college search process, they think of the “traditional” path. I wanted to help students think of some unique college experiences and challenge the thought process,” Gin said.
This program is open to all D219 students.
