After months of planning and construction, the Niles West Observatory is finally complete.
The grand opening is tonight, Wednesday, October 23, from 6 – 7:30 p.m.
Many students look forward to West’s new addition and tonight’s night of music and stargazing at the opening.
“The addition of an astronomy club and observatory to the school is a great idea. A lot of people may be interested in the field of astronomy, and now we have the resources for them to pursue their interest,” Junior Sam Seo said.

How much did they pay for this? This is not even useful during the school day. Stop wasting money on useless junk.
