In an effort to help seniors with their college applications, guidance counselors will be hosting Senior Drop- in Day tomorrow in the Guidance Office from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Counselors are available all day to accept college applications from senior students.
“With students dropping off their applications, it makes it easier for counselors and teachers to get the forms in on time,”college and career counselor Daniel Gin said.
Seniors who have already turned in their forms seem to agree.
“I think it definitely helps students a lot and they should probably have more days. I’ve already turned in my college applications but i’m glad they have the Drop in Days to make it easier,” Emily Fishman said.
“I think drop in days are a great way to do it. I’ve already dropped off a few of my applications, but the fact that you can just drop off your applications and it’s an easier way to get your applications turned in. They help you a lot,” Jessica Younan said.
