BopNGrill is a Korean fusion restaurant, meaning it combines different key elements/dishes from different ethnicities’ traditions, and is perfect to bring that picky friend who’s only used to chicken tenders and Hot Pockets but wants to “try something different.” BopNGrill mixes American and Korean cuisines perfectly and is a great place to go when you’re on the fence between authentic food or a hamburger.
The menu has a variety of burgers ranging from classic to Loco which has fried egg, short rib gravy, caramelized onions, bacon, and american mayo. The sides are a combination of American sides and Korean sides having Philly Bulkogi Eggrolls to chicken tenders and fries.
Their menu contains Bop plates which is rice, side salad and then the choice of main courses like bbq chicken, Bi Bim Bop which is assorted vegetables, fried egg and sweet and spicy Korean chili sauce.
I recommend having the classic burger, Bi Bim Bop with the Philly Bulkogi eggrolls and bacon cheese fries. The eggrolls are only served from Friday to Sunday which makes it the best time to go because those are their specialty.
If you’re not able to go over the weekend then get the bacon cheese fries because they put the right amount of everything. They put enough cheese on the fries with bacon on the top. The first bite into the fries instantly make you love this restaurant and want to make it a weekly trip just for the fries.
The Bi Bim Bop is perfect for vegetarians or anyone on a diet since it’s stacked with veggies and still tastes great. But if you’re a meat lover get the classic burger because they are exceptional. Overall, this a great restaurant and should attract more customers because the quality of their food and deserves five out of five stars.
