“Prom szn,” as many may call it, is quickly approaching, which means it’s time to start shopping for your tuxedos and dresses, promposals, and most importantly your the prom ticket.

In order to make this prom craziness a little less crazy here are the things you NEED to know in order to get your ticket:

  1. Tickets will be open for purchase at the student activities ticket window from Wed., April 18 to Fri., April 20 during periods 2 – 8. They will also be open for purchase after school on Thursday from 3:30 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.  Tickets will NOT be sold after these dates.
  2. Tickets are $180 per couple/ $90 for individual
  3. In order to even purchase tickets, all people in your group must have no outstanding fees and fines.
  4. If you are planning to sit with friends you must fill out a sheet and put the name, ID number, and year in school of the friends you plan to sit by. 10 students max to a table, you do not need to fill a whole table of 10 to buy a ticket.
  5.  Prior to purchasing a ticket, remember to do the online registration
  6. Bring your Registration Sheet from the online registration when buying the ticket.  No tickets will be sold without Registration Forms.
  7. If your guest is not from Niles West,  bring a completed Prom Guest Information Form.
No tickets will be sold without Guest Information Forms.
  8. Lastly, make sure you buy the proper amount of tickets for your group/self because there will be NO REFUNDS for purchased tickets.

In order to complete all the necessary things needed for prom tickets effectively here are some tips:

  1. Ensure that everyone in your group has no fines to pay.
  2. Make sure everyone in your group did online registration and printed it out.
  3. Collect all the money from your group in advance.
  4. Have one designated person in your group who you trust to buy all the tickets in your group and have all the paperwork together.
Happy Prom!
