As the pandemic continues to make its presence known around the globe, don’t let it stop you from having fun or finding things to occupy your free time. Due to the first semester of the 2020-21 school year moving to e-learning, there aren’t as many in-person activities and events at school to have the opportunity of attending. During this month of September, however, it’s become the Student Activities Fair month.

From Sep 8 to the 30, student activities director Katie Odell will be hosting the Student Activities Fair Month. Each day there will be 3 activities highlighted through social media, the school official website, emails, etc. At the end of the school day, there will be live Q&A webinars for each of those 3 groups for about 15 minutes each. Be on the lookout for more information on different clubs and activities during this month to get more involved and see what they’re all about!

On Sep 3. there will be a pop up drive-in movie at the Skokie Sports Park East. The movie begins at 8 pm and they will e showing the movie “Shrek”. Tickets will also be available there for $15 per car. If you are very interested in Drive-in movie theaters, there is also the popular theater in McHenry, IL where they have movies playing almost every night for only $12 per ticket.
