Today, Niles West will be taking on Niles North in the first ever eSports match-up against one another in school history, Overwatch is the selected game for today’s contest between the two schools.

West’s Varsity team has gotten off to a rough start on their season going 0-2 against Naperville North and Lyons Township High School, but hope to bring the heat today against a solid North team.

Overwatch JV captain, Hannah Sas, states, “the current motivation coming into this match is that we’re really confident we’ve been practicing every single day and we’ve been scrimming against teams from all over the nation and have been doing pretty good, so coming into this match we feel very good.”
