About an hour ago Niles West Principal Karen Ritter sent out an email to all Niles West students, and a separate email to staff.

The email was sent out to inform students and faculty that from approximately 6-10 o’clock pm tonight, all student emails will be shut down, and therefore, temporarily unavailable for use. This will include Zoom, Canvas, and Google Drive.

This is due to an emergency firewall hardware replacement.

Because of the outage it’s recommended students try and complete any work before the shut down at 6 o’clock.
