The Niles West Culture & Climate Committee is now taking recipe submissions for the Niles West Cookbook! Students, staff, and loved ones of the Niles West community may now submit a maximum of one recipe per household, with each recipe to be featured in the Niles West Cookbook. Participants have until January 31st to submit their favorite recipes from home via this form.

The cookbook itself is set to release sometime next spring, with part of the proceeds going to charity. With any questions, contact any member of the cookbook’s subcommittee at the following email addresses:
