The Skokie Police Department posted missing persons announcement for 16-year-old Juliana Vargas, who is currently a junior at Niles West.

Images of Vargas have been circulating on social media (Snapchat and Instagram) for the last couple of hours. The missing persons poster described Vargas as a 5′ 5″ and 145 lbs, with brown eyes and dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie paired with white Nike shoes. Her pants were not specified in the report.

Witnesses last saw her in the 17600 block of Park Ave. in Skokie, IL around 11:00 p.m. on Jan. 3.

Anyone with information regarding Vargas’ whereabouts should call 911 and contact the Skokie Police Department immediately.
