The tentative agreement that was reached early on Thursday, Sept. 20 by school board and union members was ratified by the teachers after school on Thursday.
Teachers seem to approve the new contract, which is still private information.
“It was pretty much a unanimous vote,” said NTFT vice president Steve Grossman.
The school board will vote on the contract tonight at the school board meeting. Details of the contract will be released if and once the tentative contract is approved by the school board.
