This year’s spring spirit week has been moved to the week of Apr. 15- Apr. 19 instead of the week before spring break.
According to student activities director Jessica Pritzker, teams need more time to prepare for a better performance.
“It’s too early. Spring sports only started this week . Coaches were trying to get players together and practice so we didn’t want to ask them for a video [for the assembly] too. We moved it later in the season so we can celebrate their accomplishments and have it not be a burden on the team,” Pritzker said.
