Niles West recently started using the app ZONAR which is a bus tracking system app and it is now up and running.
“It took about 6 weeks to get started because we took the average times of it takes to reach each stop and that will be transmitted to the app. It is very accurate,” vice principle Mark Rigby said.
Students are excited about the new tracking system, especially to use during the winter months.
“I think the bus tracking system is a really good idea because we all know how crazy Chicago weather can be and now you can see exactly when your bus is here,” senior Emela Mehicevic said.
