5+Must-Have+Apps

In this day and age of smartphones and technology, there is a constant need to stay up-to-date with all the apps that circulate. Apps are always going in and out of style, but the ones that are here to stay, you should have.

  1. VSCO: Vsco has been around for quite some time now and it’s a fantastic app. Although you can republish and like a post, it’s not as prominent of a thing as it is on some other apps. Vsco is really used to post pictures that you like without confirmation through others via a like. A lot of people use it to post things that don’t make it to Instagram or to fit a certain vibe. Also, the edits they offer can truly transform a picture and enhance it, making it go from bland to vibrant with a few quick edits.
  2. YouTube: With the plethora of videos that YouTube has to offer, there’s something for everyone. You can start off watching a makeup tutorial and end up watching a how-it’s-made on plastic. This is a great way to pass time, entertain yourself, as well as learning something new. This is an app that will never go out of style, there’s a YouTube video for everything.
  3. Twitter: Twitter is that app that you don’t fully understand at first, just to come back to it months later and fall in love. There is such a lack of judgment from this app, nobody cares to put on the facade that you can commonly find on other social media apps. It’s perfect for news, comedic purposes, and of course, the occasional controversy.
  4. Spotify: Music will never be phased out, therefore, Spotify will never be phased out either. With all that is has to offer including discounts to college kids, discover weekly playlists, and much more, this app is on the rise. What’s also a nice element of the app is that you don’t have to be a Premium user in order to download, access, and use the app.
  5.  Venmo: Money runs the world essentially, meaning this app has taken over. The purpose of this app is to pay someone or charge someone specific amounts of money and having it directly transferred from debit card to debit card. You also have the option to store it in the app if you don’t want to transfer it right away. Venmo is definitely starting to phase out cash, gaining popularity quickly.

There are plenty of other apps that are enjoyable and popular, but these are just a few that seem to stick out in a crowd of millions.
