Despite the shutting down of public places due to COVID-19, the 2020 Illinois primary election is still set to take place, Tuesday, March 17.

If you have not already registered, it is not a problem as Illinois has same day registration on this day. Be sure to check your local polling place and time. Also, be sure to allow for plenty of time as there are typically long lines and wait time.
