The Muslim Student Association held its third annual Ramaday, which commemorates Ramadan as a big part of the Islamic religion. Enjoy seeing students share their thoughts and experiences about the special event.
MSA President, Salwa Mohiuddin, senior, introduces guests to Ramaday and outlines the event schedule. "The goal of Ramaday has always been to share Ramadan and the traditions of it to our friends who aren't Muslim," Mohiuddin said. "I think that goes a long way to build empathy and understanding. It's a big deal for Muslims, so to share that and have your non-Muslim peers and teachers show up and understand really means a lot."
